Warranty Policy

New motorcycles, parts and gear carry the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage length varies by manufacturer and component and is listed on the product page. Extended coverage, when purchased, is described in its own agreement.

Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, chains, sprockets, grips, cables), damage from crashes, abuse, racing, competition use, improper assembly or maintenance, water intrusion beyond the manufacturer's rating, and any modification from the original specification.

Battery packs are covered against defects only. Gradual capacity loss from normal charge cycles is expected and is not a defect. Follow the manufacturer's charging, storage and transport instructions to keep coverage valid.

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We coordinate the claim with the manufacturer and arrange repair, replacement parts, or a return when a return is the right remedy.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless the manufacturer states otherwise.
