Terms of Sale

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation containing your order number. Prices, availability and lead times are shown at checkout and are the ones that apply to your order.

Some motorcycles are sold with a refundable reservation deposit rather than payment in full at checkout. The deposit amount and what it reserves are shown before you pay. The remaining balance is due before the unit ships or is released for pickup.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Sales tax is calculated from the delivery address at checkout. Any financing is a separate agreement between you and the lender.

Boxed items ship with a tracked carrier. Bikes may be delivered boxed or released through a scheduled pickup appointment; risk of loss passes on delivery or at handoff. Inspect your shipment on arrival and report visible damage to us within 48 hours.

You may cancel an order before it enters fulfillment. Once a unit has been assigned, assembled or shipped, cancellation is handled under our Return Policy.
